If you’re anything like I was, creating a baby registry felt completely overwhelming, I felt like I was being told you need absolutely everything trending right now. After actually living through the newborn stage, I learned that some products earned their place in our daily routine and plenty of others did not. These are ten baby registry items I would recommend because they solve real problems, make long days easier, or help parents feel a little more prepared.

Nanobebe Bottles
My baby had terrible gas day and night, so we were desperate for relief. Someone gave us these because they’re very soft, which felt gentle on her little hands, and I was also in the middle of switching from breastfeeding to bottles, so we needed something that would help with the transition.

The ease of not having to unzip, zip, or fumble with tiny buttons in the dark is the best part — it makes nighttime changes so much smoother and less stressful. We’ve kept buying these as she’s grown because they’re reliable, comfortable, and make our routine simpler.
No registry looks exactly the same because every baby and family is different. Start with the items that solve the problems you expect to face most often, then give yourself permission to buy other things later as you learn what your baby actually likes. A thoughtful registry does not have to be enormous—it just needs to support your real life. This will help keep the clutter down also!
